Before you head over
What to bring to your closing
A valid photo ID
A current government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) for everyone who is signing. Some transactions need a second form of ID, and we'll tell you ahead of time if yours does.
Your funds, already wired
Cash to close must arrive by wire before your appointment. Call us at (352) 723-3001 to verify the wire instructions first. We never change them by email. Here's why.
Everyone who is signing
Everyone on the contract or the loan usually needs to sign. If someone can't be there in person, call us before closing day so we can work out the options.
Anything we asked for
Any documents we or your lender asked you to bring. If you're not sure, call. It's much easier to sort out the day before than at the table.
