Next Chapter Title, Inc. is a Florida-licensed title insurance agency (license G140608, NPN 21253283), with Betty Stallone as agent in charge. We write through more than one national underwriter — currently Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Investors Title Insurance Company — which means we can place a file with whichever underwriter fits it best, rather than forcing every transaction through a single carrier.
